Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package with Care
Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
